Remote Customer Care Specialist

Job Title: Customer Care Specialist...
Salary: $18.50/Hour
Location: Remote
Contract Position (3 months)
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with families and business partners.
- Provide personalized support via chat, email, social media, and phone.
- Handle and resolve family concerns using critical thinking and de-escalation techniques.
- Log and document all interactions in the internal system.
- Collaborate with colleagues and escalate issues when necessary.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and attendance requirements.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Excellent customer service skills with a self-motivated attitude.
- Previous remote call center experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a focused, distraction-free environment with a reliable internet connection.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Basic data entry and billing experience are beneficial.
- 2-3 years of customer service experience via phone and email.
- High School diploma required; an associate degree is a plus
