This position requires the ability to multitask within a high-volume concierge contact center setting.

Top 3 Required Skills/Experience ?
? Ability to process Coverage Determination Requests within CMS Timeframes
? Ability to communicate all pharmacy benefits both verbally and written
? Ability to have strong attention to detail while multitasking within a high demand environment

Required Skills/Experience ? The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:
? Minimum 2 years of experience in Pharmacy Retail, PBM, Hospital, Managed Care
? Experience with Microsoft Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access)
? Knowledge of prescription drug names, therapeutic classes and claims processing
? Knowledge of Privacy Regulations
? Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB) preferred

Preferred Skills/Experience ? Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:
? Medicare Part D Experience
? Contact Center Experience
? Knowledge of CMS/NCQA regulations
? Knowledge of pharmacy claims processing

Education/Certifications ? Include:
? High School Diploma
? 2 years of college preferred
