Job Summary

We?re seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our remote team. You?ll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and supporting day-to-day bookkeeping operations for our small business clients. This role starts part-time with the option to grow into a full-time position based on your availability and performance.

Responsibilities
? Record and categorize financial transactions
? Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
? Process accounts payable and receivable
? Assist with month-end close and basic financial reports
? Maintain up-to-date and organized records in QuickBooks Online
? Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members

Qualifications
? 2+ years of bookkeeping experience (preferably with small businesses)
? Proficient in QuickBooks Online
? High attention to detail and accuracy
? Strong time management and organizational skills
? Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirements
? Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
? Must reside in the U.S.
? Must have reliable internet and a quiet home office setup
? Previous experience working remotely is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 ? 25 per week
