The ideal candidate will have a solid background in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne HCM functionality and be highly experienced with supporting clients in essential year-end reporting and compliance tasks...

Requirements
? Proven expertise as an Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne HCM Consultant, with prior successful year-end reporting and compliance experience.
? Proficiency in JD Edwards HCM applications, including: Payroll, W-2 Reporting/Filing, ACA reporting, DBA Rollover and 1099-R processing.
? Strong understanding of IRS, ACA, and other regulatory compliance requirements.
? Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills to ensure accurate data processing.
? Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple client tasks effectively.
? Excellent communication skills to interact with client teams and clarify reporting needs.
? A distraction-free, remote workspace/home office.
? Ability to work, as well as meet with project team and client during Eastern Time Zone business hours, 8am-5pm, with flexibility based on client needs.
