We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Online Chat Agent to join our Customer Support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through online chat. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
? Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via online chat
? Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products or services
? Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or complaints
? Document all customer interactions and follow up as needed
? Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
