This position is commissionable once the initial outcomes are met in the first 3 months
? Schedule first discovery meeting with qualified prospect for your first 2-4 weeks.
? Ramp up within 3 months to schedule at least 1-2 discovery meetings with qualified prospects per week.

Compensation

$20 - $30 hourly

Responsibilities
? Conduct cold calls to generate leads for digital marketing solutions sales appointments. Purpose To expand the client base and increase sales opportunities
? Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and appointments in the CRM system. Purpose To track progress, follow up effectively, and streamline the sales process
? Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and qualify them for appointments. Purpose To ensure that appointments are set with qualified leads who are likely to convert
? Follow up with leads to schedule appointments and confirm details. Purpose To maximize the number of successful sales appointments
? Coordinate with Sales to ensure a smooth handoff of appointments and provide necessary background information. Purpose To facilitate a seamless transition from lead generation to sales conversion

Qualifications
? 1-2 years of experience in phone sales
? Proficiency in CRM (Pipedrive) system and Sales Engagement (Apollo) system
? Must be in the USA and able to work in North American time zones
? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
