What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Handle incoming calls from policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers
• Provide front-line phone customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Field approximately 75 to 100 calls per day
• Develop and maintain a solid working knowledge of the insurance industry and products
• Collaborate with management and team members to address service issues and concerns

What is Required (Qualifications):
• 1 year of experience in an office environment
• 1 year of experience using a computer with Microsoft Windows PC applications
• 6 months of work from home experience
• High school diploma or GED

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Previous insurance industry experience handling calls about life insurance and annuity policies
• Designated quiet area for working from home
