Position Title: Medical Customer Service Representative

Pay: $19/HR. Weekly Pay plus Benefits

Schedule: 7a ? 8p CST, M-Fri. (8hr Shift between these hours)Equipment Provided

Start Date: OCTOBER 2024
? Must be available for equipment pickup in Irving, TX***

Job Details
? Monitors the Patient?s Case from start to finish making sure each step of the way is complete (This is where they get the name Case Managers)
? Ensures patients information is imputed correctly and reviews benefits summery
? Coordination of benefits
? Working with patients, pharmacy, provider, and payor.
? Assist with Appeal Management for Claim Denials.
? Must be available for equipment pickup in Irving, TX***

Job Requirements
? 1 year of recent previous medical insurance, medical claims, or medical billing experience required.
? Excellent interpersonal communication skills
? Must have exceptional communication and phone etiquette.
? Must have high speed internet and the ability to work from home.
