Provide ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their trips, addressing any questions or concerns ? Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and packages to offer clients the best deals and value-added services ? Meet sales targets by effectively promoting travel products and services and maximizing revenue through upselling opportunities ? Utilize online booking systems and software tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity ? Maintain positive relationships with clients and travel suppliers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction ? *Qualifications:** ? Previous experience in the travel industry, customer service, sales, or related field preferred ? Strong understanding of travel destinations, products, services, and industry trends ?
