Responsibilities - Internet Sales, Customer Service:
? Work on-site to answer internet and phone requests for vehicle information, pricing, availability, etc., schedule several appointments/day for potential customers to meet with you and finalize the sale, and more.
? Call and email new inquiries promptly
? Identify customer's needs, answer questions in a pleasant manner, and assist customers to the best of your ability
? Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, reschedule missed appointments, etc.
? Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure they are satisfied
? Maintain accurate records of all communications in the CRM System
? Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications - Internet Sales, Customer Service:
? Sales experience preferred, bilingual is a plus
? Good communication, customer service, telephone and computer skills
? Call Center or BDC, Business Development Center experience is preferred
? Auto dealership experience is a plus
? A good work ethic and self-motivated to succeed!
? A positive attitude and professional appearance
? Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Valid driver's license and good driving record
