Home Based Temporary Chat Support (Remote / No Experience)

What You Will Be Doing...
Engaging with customers via live chat to answer their inquiries, provide product information, and assist with issues they may encounter.
Providing support for questions related to orders, returns, product features, and more.
Utilizing provided materials and training to offer accurate and helpful responses to customers, ensuring a positive experience.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/Background Needed:
Access to a device with internet capability (Phone/Tablet/Laptop) is essential.
Capable of working independently with a proactive approach.
Detailed-oriented with the ability to adhere to provided guidelines and procedures.
No prior experience in live chat support is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Hours per Week: Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week based on your availability.
Location: This position is remote, allowing you to work online from anywhere, with a preference for candidates based in the United States.
