Medical Customer Service Representative
Let's talk! LHH has partnered with an amazing healthcare network in search of a Medical Customer Service Representative based in the Downtown Indianapolis area!
What You'll Be Doing
? Scheduling patient appointments.
? Verify patient insurance and obtain pre-authorizations.
? Process supply tickets per day within multiple Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
? Enter medical data and patient information into the system.
What We're Looking For
? Previous medical customer service or data entry experience required.
? Ability to work at a fast pace and perform repetitive tasks.
? Ability to work off of dual monitors and multitask efficiently.
Work Hours: Flexible hours (Training will most likely be 8a-4:30p M-F)
Job Type: Contract position for 2 to 6 months with potential to extend/convert & Full-time (40 hrs/wk)
Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
